It's always better to have a formal training on BA side if you're looking for a job. There're few companies who train people locally free of costs and get them recruited in US. For further discussion, pls get in touch with me directly.

Hello, how do people feel about the paid recruiter sites?

I am just starting my job search and have received a suggestion about
a site called 'Resume Messenger', its a service of worktree.com. There
are packaged deals ranging from 87$-47$ for your resume to be pumped
around to matching recruiters for said number of categories/states/days.

I am a grad student hoping to make a transition from science to
business..In other words I have some concerns over the success of this
venture!

Are we at the point where you need to pay recruiters to get at hard to
find jobs, or at least some 'tougher' cases may need to expend this
kind of effort?
