Raza,
I think the big issue here comes from a real desire to network or a
desire to increase numbers. I struggle with whether to accept an
invitation simply because I have written online, but after looking at
their profile I may consider it. I much more appreciate the person
who is willing to give me a reason why they want to network, and the
mutual benefits we can have, then to just add numbers to my network.
Saying that, I know that my network is small, but I also know that I
am striving to have an online relationship with all who are in it.
Isn't that what LinkedIn is supposed to be about anyway?
