[My Linkedin Power Forum] buying a domain that someone else owns

I would like very much to buy a domain that someone else owns.  In fact, it's a domain that most people think of first, when I tell them what my company is.

I searched the whois database for the owner of jibberjabber.com.. . and didn't find anything I can use.  Of course I can make an offer, and pay a registry to get in touch with the owner, but I'd rather do it knowing who I'm talking to.

If anyone has any great ideas, please let me know - thank you!
