This thread was on more than a week ago...
and see it's just a good time to light it up again.
So...
In communicating...
there is always a speaker and a listener;
there is always a topic;
there could be a purpose;
there could be a relationship...
and there could just be personal interests.
...but the Worst thing that could be present is Miscommunication.
This is like firing a guided missile but hitting the wrong target.
This is when intended meanings are taken otherwise.
Well then... as we already know,
it's not what you say but how you say it -- that first counts.
...and the elements include:
the right words and the right gestures at the right time and place.
However, if we wish to truly succeed and last --
we also have to sincerely consider the other party.
How it could benefit the listener as well, whether short-term or long-term.
Remember...
Getting what we want is only half-the-battle won if we don't win the war.
Think of what Power we could have if we get Cooperation...
And we only get It... if we also think of Others.
