Difficult situation Wendy. Strangely, there has probably never been a time in recent years
when clients needed good sound advice and help in knowing how to navigate their
financial position as they face needing to extricate themselves from a delicate situation,
and I would guess, not all the  mortgage brokers who knew how to write dubious quality
loans have the skills to be able to work through complex issues that many will be facing.

One thing is sure, customers are not likely to be able to get their best outcome, alone.
